the property felt safe and secure, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious with a lovely en suite toilet and shower. the location was perfect, within walking distance to popular attractions like Wawel and Sukiennice. the breakfast provided a variety of choices including meats, cheese, and eggs. the staff, especially Ms. Aneta, Ms. Bogusia, and Ms. Carolina, were informative and helpful.
